TRAIN THE TRAINER

Adult Safety Training Courses

Employee training is essential for any organization seeking to uphold a competent and informed workforce. Proper training enhances employees’ job performance, thereby supporting the overall success of the company. In-house training, conducted by the organization itself, can serve as a highly effective approach to employee development.

The Train-the-Trainer Model is a training model where Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) are trained to offer in-class Instructor Training courses.

The Train-the-Trainer certificate program encompasses the complete training cycle from start to finish. It includes the planning and preparation of training events, the management of the learning environment, and the engagement of participants during classroom sessions, as well as post-event follow-up to enhance ongoing learning. Additionally, we will explore the scientific principles of learning, examining how learner needs and preferences, various training methods, the classroom setting, and well-organized materials influence learning outcomes. Upon completion of the course, Instructors will have the skills and knowledge to bring training courses in-house to their own organization.
