WE OFFER TWO OPTIONS FOR STANDARD FIRST AID TRAINING: IN CLASS OR BLENDED FIRST AID WITH CPR
This comprehensive course is designed for workplaces of all sizes as well as students in college programs, providing essential first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who require certification for work or academic requirements, or who want the confidence to respond to emergencies at home. Available in both blended and fully in-class formats, the program offers flexible learning options while delivering the same high-quality, hands-on training and certification.
OPTION 1: Blended First Aid – Built for Busy Workplaces and students:

Blended First Aid delivers measurable return on investment by reducing time away from work while maintaining full certification and training standards. Employees complete the theory online on their own time, then attend a streamlined in-class session focused only on hands-on, job-critical skills like CPR, AED use, choking response, and real workplace scenarios. Our course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. We exceed our competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR for all ages and AED training. The successful completion of this course will give the participant certification in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED for a 3 year period. One recertification training session (1 day) may be conducted after taking a full Standard First Aid & CPR/AED training course. Our Standard First Aid courses meet the CSA Standard Z1210-17 for Intermediate First Aid.

For those who prefer a fully instructor-led experience, our 2 day in-class first aid course offers an engaging and hands-on way to get certified. Skills like CPR, AED use, and emergency response are practiced in a supportive, interactive environment, ensuring everyone leaves feeling prepared and capable. CPR/AED Only: ½ day
CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. Our short, foundational resuscitation program focuses on practical skills and knowledge that will help you to respond confidently and effectively in a cardiac arrest emergency.
