This refresher/recertification course is designed for workplaces of all sizes as well as students in college programs, providing essential first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR LEVEL C OR BLS) skills for those who require certification for work or academic requirements, or who want the confidence to respond to emergencies at home. Available only as in-class formats, the program offers exceptional learning while delivering the same high-quality, hands-on training and re-certification.
- Your certificate must be valid and not expired.
- Your certificate must have been issued by a CSA or WSIB-approved training provider.
- First Aid Recertification courses are designed for individuals with current, valid first aid certifications seeking renewal. These comprehensive programs cover essential topics, including first aid for circulatory and breathing emergencies, CPR Level C (adult, child, infant, and two-person CPR), choking, AED usage, disease transmission prevention, wound care, and treatment of head and spine injuries.
CPR/AED Only: ½ day BLS Level
CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. Our short, foundational resuscitation program focuses on practical skills and knowledge that will help you to respond confidently and effectively in a cardiac arrest emergency.
