STP Indigenous Youth & Family Safety

Empowering the Next Generation Through Safety Education

Building Safer Youth, Stronger Families, and Resilient Communities

STP Indigenous Youth & Family Safety is a dedicated division of Safety Training Plus focused on supporting Indigenous youth, families, caregivers, and communities through practical safety education, first aid training, wilderness preparedness, and caregiver development.

Our programs are designed to build confidence, strengthen community capacity, and provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to care for themselves, support others, and respond effectively during emergencies.

Working in partnership with Indigenous communities, we are committed to delivering accessible, engaging, and culturally respectful training that supports the wellbeing of future generations. We are fortunate to have the guidance and council of an in-house Indigenous Instructor at STP from Golden Lakes Reserve.
