PROTECTING LITTLE ONES: FIRST AID/CPR FOR GRANDPARENTS

The Train the Trainer (TTT) program for your team is designed to empower internal subject matter experts, team leads, and key contributors to effectively deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions across the organization. By focusing on adult learning principles, session planning, facilitation techniques, and feedback strategies, this program ensures that our trainers are equipped with the skills and confidence to transfer knowledge clearly and consistently.

The goal is to build a sustainable, self-sufficient learning culture where team members can support onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development initiatives. Through practical exercises and peer feedback, participants will learn how to structure content, manage group dynamics, and measure training effectiveness—all aligned with our organizational goals.
