 A suitable trainer must bring integrity, leadership, and expertise to the role, but above all, they should have a genuine desire to take on the challenges it involves. The position requires not only teaching and passing on knowledge and skills, but also taking full accountability for the performance and conduct of those they are responsible for, along with the legal obligations that come with it.

Course 2- Train the Trainer First Aid Instructor– This four day course is designed to educate your internal staff to become your  In-house First Aid instructors. Course Cost:$ 850.00 plus HST.

A Train the Trainer for First Aid course is designed to prepare qualified individuals to deliver certified first aid training within their organization or to the public. This specialized program combines instructional techniques with in-depth first aid knowledge, ensuring trainers can confidently teach, assess, and certify others in essential life-saving skills.

Participants learn how to plan and structure courses, deliver engaging lessons, demonstrate first aid skills such as CPR, choking response, wound care, and AED use, and evaluate learner performance to meet recognized standards.

Course 3- Working At Heights Instructor Course- This four day course is designed to educate your internal staff to become your In-House Working At Heights Instructor. Course Cost: $ 1,650.00 PLUS HST
